Windows 10: PC Freezing while in borderless windowed mode

Hey all, I noticed after installing the most recent windows 10 update that when playing games like PUBG or Rainbow Six Siege, when I would alt + Tab out and try to browse while the game was running my PC would freeze and I would have to do a hard reboot to fix it, nothing else would work. I rolled back the GPU drivers it didn't help. So, I rolled back my windows update and BEHOLD... good as new. I went in to auto updates and paused it for a month, I guess I will continue to do so until this issue has been fixed. Has anyone else noticed this the past week at all?

In borderless windowed mode, clicking on the bottom of the screen makes the taskbar show instead of clicking on that part of the application. Is there a setting to change this?

1. It's just the program running in a window that doesn't show the edges of a normal window, and in this case was taking up the entire screen

2. I don't know exactly when this started, but it worked fine before the Anniversary Update

3. This specific program isn't able to run in full screen or maximize the window, but I can just manually set the window to be the size of my monitor and run it in a window

4. There's no error message

Last time I tried using that, it worked fine. It doesn't have any option for proper fullscreen, so borderless is the closest I can get to fullscreen
