  1. PC freezing Windows + peripherals, no BSOD

My PC is freezing, usually after using for a couple hours. Complete freeze including peripherals, no BSOD, no Minidump. Requires hard restart that takes me to error screen where I must restart a second time. Started in early December. Initially I thought it was something to do with the new Razer wireless headset I installed. I also considered that it was a Dell BIOS update around the same time. I have reset my computer, done a clean reinstall from UEBI, formatted partitions but not the whole drive, rolled back BIOS, etc. to no avail. Here is a link to my System Logs: System Logs.evtx Proces

[HELP!] PC had a freeze, after a restart, killed peripherals.

I opened up the mouse by force. Everything looks in prestine condition. Doesn't seem like there's any damage. This thing is like EMP.

This is what comes up, when I connect with it.

It literally doesn't recognize it as mouse. Just USB HID.

    BSOD and freezing

Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
I did not install any new hardware.
Now it seems to run fine again.

But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
I bought this laptop last January.

    Weird Freezes on my PC

A freeze can be an undeclared bsod. Go to the bsod part of this forum to configure the computer according to the instructions. After having configured it when you have a freeze leave the computer frozen with the freeze and wait (stay nearby if possible, and wait with another portable computer for example to occupy you), in the best case there will be a bsod but it might defreeze or reboot without bsod. If you have a bsod you can give your dumps and others in the bsod part of this bsod forum, and you can refreeze your computer because the bsod could be different and give new dumps. If you do not have a bsod, then you will have to do real clean installations of windows 10 and windows 11, not refreshes and not an upgrade of windows 11 from windows 10. You only install the minium in peripherals, no applications and especially not those of the motherboard and graphics card to manage things on these. Only install the minimum application for games in particular because you will test by playing video games. For the drivers at first you only install those detected and installed automatically by windows update, and install all the updates of windows update. You are not installing the nvidia driver from the nvidia site, only the one windows has installed by default. Make a restore point with this clean install which has only the minimum. You do the same for windows 11. So if it's ok there is no more freeze (and also if it freezes), redo a restore point (not if it freezes) and you start by installing the latest nvidia driver. If it works (and also if it still freezes) make a restore point (not if it freezes) and install the motherboard drivers from the msi site. If it's ok, redo a restore point and install the most essential applications for you. If it's ok, make a restore point and install the "less essential apps". You have to do it step by step. And it's boring a freeze! I have already had. Check the ssd or hdd if you haven't.
