Windows 10: PC frequently shutdown, screen freeze.

Hi, there.


I am recently experiencing shutting down and screen freeze problem. Every time I checked my windows log could find same errors. it starts with "Error occurred in stopping the Dhcpv6 client service. ErrorCode is 0x6D9.ShutDown Flag value is 0."

Then a series error follows:

Error occurred in stopping the Dhcpv4 Client service. Error code is 0x6D9. ShutDown Flag value is 0


The Dhcp service terminated with the following error: There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper.


The NlaSvc service depends on the Dhcp service which failed to start because of the following error: There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper.


The netprofm service depends on the NlaSvc service which failed to start because of the following error: The dependency service or group failed to start.


DCOM got error "1068" attempting to start the service netprofm with arguments "Unavailable" in order to run the server:{A47979D2-C419-11D9-A5B4-001185AD2B89}


Can someone help me solve this problem? It happens ten times a day.

PC freezes and shutdown automatically

I was happy with my PC running latest Windows 64-bit build. Activated and updated. But yesterday it shutdown automatically after freezing. No message was displayed on screen. It seems that just power was cut.

My pc is always connected to LAN and a ups. When i turn it on it again shutdown after a while and started automatically but it started same problem while loading windows.

now my pc is not turning on.

what should I do?

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix
