Windows 10: PC Froze and crashed while playing game

My PC froze while playing games.

So I had a laptop Dell Inspiron 13-7353 for a few months. Last week, my PC froze while I play games. I can't interact anything. I have no idea what is the problem. Although, it doesn't show the blue screen. After I log in after restart, I noticed that there
are no problems found. I need the solution to fix the problem. If it helps, it will stop freezing.
