Windows 10: PC frozen after latest Windows Update

My PC updated itself overnight and I woke up to a black screen. I restarted my PC, logged in, and then my PC froze. I waited for some time, nothing. I restarted it a few times and the problem was consistent. I did some research and tried to Reset my PC while keeping my files but there was an error. I booted up in Safe Mode and yet again, it froze.

What can I do? Do I have to fully reset it and wipe it?

Any help or advice is much appreciated.

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
