Windows 10: PC Game Pass purchased but no longer visible within Microsoft Account

I purchased a PC Game Pass and the order initially showed in my Account Order History. Initially I could download and run non-EA games but, nothing from EA.In trying to rectify this, I tried a multitude of FAQ entries to try and synchronise My Microsoft Account, XBox Account, Microsoft Store Account, GAMERTAG and EA Account without any success. I inadvertently changed my GAMERTAG ID at which point I lost all visibility of the PC Game Pass purchase.I'm now in a position where I cannot see or use the Game Pass, nor can I cancel it. I am being charged the subscription by Microsoft but cannot us
