Windows 10: PC-Gaming: "Profile"-problem - Can't log into games after change of e-mail

Hi there,


I changed my e-mail address and now I can't log into all Microsoft Games anymore. For instance, when I want to start "Forza Horizon 3" the game starts but before I reach the main menu it says "Your Data can't be synchronized with the cloud" and it asks if I want to play offline. I click on "Okay" but then I got the next issue and it says: "Profile changed. Your Profile was changed. The game will be closed now. If you want to continue gaming please start the game again." (I translated this error messages from German here).


I still can access my Microsoft Store Account and it shows my games in my library there. So my guess is that I accidentally created a new Profile and it is for some reason not connected with my Microsoft Store Account. Probably it only needs some kind of confirmation but I can't figure out where.


I re-installed the whole game (Forza Horizon 3) and started my computer again. Didn't help.


I called the Microsoft support hotline but the lady couldn't help me and said she never heared of this problem before. She wanted to send me a list of links which might help but they did not by now. I also googled the problem but I can't find a solution.


Can anybody help?

Or does anyone know how to erase my old Profile and start a complete new one?

Achievement unlocked in-game but not on the Xbox profile

I've unlocked every achievement in Microsoft Minesweeper but one of them didn't unlock on my Xbox profile.

So far I've tried redoing the steps leading to the achievement, reinstalling the game, logging out of my Microsoft Account and re-logging in again afterwards.

The problem seems to be that my in-game achievement data is locked onto my profile, so even if I try to log in on another Lumia and install Minesweeper, it will still show 20/20 achievements earned in-game.
