Windows 10: Pc goes past bios and shuts down immediately at lock screen.Restart cycle

Hi, my pc while running normally , sometimes shuts down randomly and after it restarts it goes past the bios and just when i enter the pass key it shuts down again , and then the restart cycle occurs. This has happend quite a few times while gaming , sometimes the display goes off and i can hear background music , sometimes it shuts down and does restart cycle. I changed cpu thermal paste but issue continues. It is quite random as sometime even when i game for hours it works perfectly, but sometime this issue occurs. Plz help in indentifying the issue.

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

PC screen goes blank when attempting to enter UEFI/BIOS

I am following the steps below to get into BIOS, but when I click restart at the end, my pc restarts, but never enters BIOS. It shows the pc make (Asus) and then goes to a blank screen.

I try hitting f2 or delete in this blank screen after a while, bit this resolves nothing.

Is there something else I should be doing or something I should do once the screen is blank?

Navigate to settings. ...

Select Update & security.

Select Recovery from the left menu.

Click Restart Now under Advanced startup. ...

Click Troubleshoot.

Click Advanced options.

Select UEFI Firmware Settings.

Click Restart.

 

PC hibernates / goes into sleep mode upon logout / screen lock

I am using my work computer. It's a laptop with a power connection (not running on battery.) The laptop is hocked up to two monitors (a total of three monitors, counting the laptop's own screen - I usually keep my laptop closed, however.)
Since I am at work I always lock the screen when I leave my computer. (I use the windows+L shortcut to lock the screen.) This all works fine.

However, after about a minute the computer goes into sleep mode / hibernation. At least I think it does, because the two monitors goes black - and it takes a few seconds to "wake up the system" (the monitors doesn't come back to life immediately when I press a key on the keyboard / move the mouse, as they would if a screen saver was active.)
This is very annoying if I step away from my computer for only a short while (like going to the bathroom.)

Here's what I want:
With power (not running on battery):
When I lock the screen, I want the screen to stay on for 1 minute, then go to screen saver for 15 minutes, then go to hibernation/sleep mode.

Without power (running on battery):
When I lock the screen, I want the screen to stay on for 1 minute, then go to screen saver for 5 minutes, then go to hibernation/sleep mode.

My best bet is that this is some sort of power saving scheme thingie, but I can't seem to figure out how to configure it to do what I want. Can someone please help me with a step-by-step guide to configure my system the way I want? Thank you.
