Windows 10: Pc got slow all of a sudden

Yesterday i was sitting at my computer doing just normal stuff, then i went away and my computer put itself into sleep mode. When i came back my computer started acting weird,, youtube videos were lagging, i could not start any games. And everything that i try to do is 4 times slower than it used to. I have searched up guides and everyone is saying to cleanup space and stuff. I have tried everything.I don’t know if it helps but here are my specs: Nvidia GeForce 2080 SuperIntel i7 10700KF16GB RAMAnd about 1TB of storage.
