Windows 10: PC GREENSCREEN

Hello


I have a desktop pc, and lets say about a month or two ago, my pc started giving me some problems. Everytime I watch a video, my pc freeze and green screen pops up, there is nothing you can do, the only thing you can do is give it a restart. It happens only with videos. I play games on full hd and full graphics.


The greenscreen is a solid greenscreen, no words or pictures, just green.


What I have tried:


I bought a new SSD, and reinstalled windows 10 on it.


I have disabled Hardware Acceleration on my browser.


I have tried almost all browsers, Firefox, Chrome, Explorer and even Netflix desktop app.


I have updated my graphic card and even my bios. I have checked my RAM and ran several pc diagnostic tools. everything is OK.


I have replaced my screens HDMI cable, and redid all thermal paste on my graphics card and cpu.

How to Install Greenscreen onto Movie Maker

I bought a new computer last year and installed the Windows Movie Maker app (I don't know if this is that different to the movie maker program??) before Jan 2017. But it seems really basic and I'd like to film some greenscreen but there is no transition
for greenscreen. This is a screenshot of the extent of what I get currently with movie maker:





Where are all the other features and how can I get greenscreen when it isn't already included here?

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
