Windows 10: Pc hacked with virus malware and bluecreen error

I was downloading some files I don't wanna tell which on my windows and the windows defender and chrome didn't allow me to but I thought it would be ok and windows is dumb for saying this so I turned off defender and downloaded the file so, what happened is, I downloaded that file and tried to opened it nothing happened, so I thought the file wasn’t working and I just uninstalled the file. So i just finished my work and turned off my pc, when i turned the pc back on sometime later my pc started lagging so I started deleting my files thinking that the reason was my huge files on my pc I don'
