Hi there, The issue only occured two times for me, the recent one happened yesterday and the previous one happened two months ago. My PC was idling when this happened yesterday, after I hard restarted my PC, it directly went into Windows update and I am not having issues until now. Need help to figure out which part of PC is not working Thanks! The Spec for my PC is: CPU: i7-12700K GPU: Nvidia RTX 3070 Motherboard: ROG Strix Z690-A WIFI D4 Memory: Corsair Vengence 32G DDR4 SSD: crucial p3 2tb + 1tb PSU: corsair RM850 850W Gold here is the error in event viewer:

Need Event ids for bsod events.

I'm writing a powershell script to capture bsod events, need possible event ids which fall under bsod list(didn't find a list anywhere on the web or microsoft's documentation). A few ids which I found are: 41, 1001, 6008. Much appreciated if someone can provide those or point me in the correct direction. Thank you.

 

Inspiron 7000 2-in-1 frozen black screen on idle

When my laptop is idle for some unknown time frame, it remains stuck on a black screen where the lock screen is supposed to be. It's still on though- the keyboard light is shown and the power button light is as well. I exported logs from windows event viewer
the last time it did this (12:20PM 2020-02-12). Any suggestions?
