Windows 10: Pc has bad WiFi and a very slow mbps not even megabyte it’s 250-400 kbs

Someone please help I have a problem with my pc I just bought it and when I downloaded some games on it was extremely slow I didn’t even get mbps I got 200 kbs, I was trying to run warzone on it but it said it would take 1-2 days to download, on the other hand my potato laptop Celeron n4100 has a mbps of 30-40 so I don’t get it. I have a 2 ssd’s equal to about 512 gb of storage the brand is Adata for both one is the Su750 and the other is Su650. Also when I did the test on speedtest.net my phone had a score of 50-60 while my pc had 1.17mbps

That sounds about right. Although please be advised that MBps and Mbps are two different things.

Task Manager uses Mbps (Megabits per sec). Steam uses MBps (Megabytes per sec) hence the difference in numbers, but technically if you're going to compute it, it will just give you the same result.

1 Megabyte = 8 Megabits. 5 Megabits per second (5 Mbps) should be equivalent to 625 Kilobytes per second (625 KBps). If you are getting around 400 KBps download speed in any app, that doesn't necessarily mean that it is the only network speed being used up.
These apps may also have other background processes which allows the application to communicate with their servers or for other purposes aside from the current download you're running.

For assistance in converting Bytes to bits, we suggest using
Bing to convert the units.

400 bad request hellp

Hi

400 bad request - has blocked several of my regular websites, how do I clear it please

I have cleared all cache ect

I have added ebay & daily sudoku to trusted list but they still say 400 bad request

if anyone can help I would be obliged
