Windows 10: PC has been experiencing BSOD's and restarts with no noticeable pattern giving clues as to why

A couple years ago, I was having an issue playing somewhat intense AAA games that caused my computer to freeze and restart, It started with NFS Heat, then Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, but the biggest offender was Valorant. I figured lowering some graphics settings would help and they did for most games but not Valorant which continues to be an issue. At the time, a friend of mine fixed the issue by changing some setting for my RAM in BIOS. It stopped freezing after that but about 8 months ago, it started freezing again, but this time, I was getting BSOD's. The error that comes up every time l

He mentioned that he had done that above. Also I provided a BSOD details app. There were no BSODs to report.

Reboot and hit F8 to get into the Windows Diagnostic Settings before Windows boots. Turn off "Automatic Restart on System Failure." This way we can completely rule out BSODs. Sometimes a PC will BSOD but the PC will restart so quickly that the BSOD is not even rendered.
