Windows 10: PC has been freezing and restarting, made minidumps of the crashes but I don't know where...

been having some PC issues for about 2 weeks now, freezing restarting and now my pc feels like it loads much slower now, made some minidumps of the crashes that have been happening but it's all new and alien to me from there. If someone can point me in the right direction to help me fix my issues that'd be great, I don't mind if I have to replace some parts if that's what it boils down to as well.

I suggest you run rthdribl > http://www.daionet.gr.jp/~masa/archives/rthdribl_1_2.zip
Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

Your minidump file indicates an Nvidia graphics card device river as the cause of your system crashes

In your system listing, you don;t mention an Nvidia graphics card - do you have Nvidia graphics?
