Windows 10: Pc has virus. Need to reinstall wi dows 10

All right everybody so I have a PC that has a virus on it. This virus has changed the password or made the password in accessible for the only account on it which is an admin account. I have tried many times to use the password and it always says it is not valid. I have also used the option to hold the shift key and press restart to access the default admin options to reinstall Windows 10 from the current Windows 10 on it the files that I need to find and you's are not available as in you cannot find them they are no longer in the folders. So my last option was to try and use a USB to reinstal

Method 2: The issue may occur if the drivers for Wi-fi are not installed or updated. I suggest you to install/update the latest version for Wi-fi drivers by following the steps below.

• Press ‘windows key + R’ and type ‘devmgmt.msc’ and press Enter.
• Expand ‘Network adapter’ and right click on Wi-fi driver and select update.
