Windows 10: Pc healrh check says my pc is ready for windows 11, but I cant update

Hi!The recent windows update killed my pc it only showed a black screen. Because of this, I had to install a windows 10 to my pc. Now I want to update, but I cant!The PC health Check app says that my pc is ready, but when I try to run the setup I can’t because it says that my pc doesn’t meet the requirements!What can I do?Thank u in advance!

PC Health Check says I'm ready for Windows 11, but Windows Update disagrees

PC Health Check said this PC wasn't ready for Windows 11, so I upgraded my BIOS to F16 from Gigabyte

PC Health Check now says my PC is ready, but Windows Update doesn't think so.

I'm stuck in a loop:

- Windows Update says I'm not ready, and that I should check PC Health Check

- PC Health Check says I am ready, and offers me a link to the Windows 11 website through the button "More about WIndows 11"

- The Windows 11 website says my PC will run Windows 11, and when I click "Check for Upgrade Now" it opens Windows Update

- Repeat infinitely...

 

What do do if PC health check says my system meets the windows 11 requirements but windows update claims it does not?

basically the title, I go into the windows update app and it tells me "This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run windows 11" then it suggests to see if there are things I can do in the PC Health check app.

when I open the PC health check app and click the check now box under "introducing windows 11" it says "This PC meets windows 11 requirements"

does anyone know what I can do to proceed with updating to windows 11?

Hi, the Windows 11 PC Health Check says my Intel Core i7-770HQ is not compatible. This is not possible.

I checked the list of processors that are compatible and mine is on that list.

Can some please get back to me on this?
