Windows 10: PC health App says my computer is ready for Windows 11 but I don't get any upgrade option

I ran the compatibility test with PC health App and it says that my system is eligible for Windows 11. However, I don't get any option in the windows update to upgrade

PC Health Check says I'm ready for Windows 11, but Windows Update disagrees

PC Health Check said this PC wasn't ready for Windows 11, so I upgraded my BIOS to F16 from Gigabyte

PC Health Check now says my PC is ready, but Windows Update doesn't think so.

I'm stuck in a loop:

- Windows Update says I'm not ready, and that I should check PC Health Check

- PC Health Check says I am ready, and offers me a link to the Windows 11 website through the button "More about WIndows 11"

- The Windows 11 website says my PC will run Windows 11, and when I click "Check for Upgrade Now" it opens Windows Update

- Repeat infinitely...

 

PC health check says I don't have a compatible CPU for upgrade to Windows 11

The CPU is on the list for supported Windows 10.

The CPU is not on the list for supported Windows 11.

Upgrades can be performed from Windows 10 to Windows 11 in a supported or unsupported fashion.

If you decide to upgrade there is a default 10 day go back period that can be modified to 60 days.

It is best to make a free backup image in case you want to return to Windows 10.
