Windows 10: pc health check says all is ready, but still getting error msg in windows update

Hi, I'm currently trying to upgrade to Win11. In windows update I have the error "this pc doesn't currently meet the requirements to run windows 11". When i was getting this error before was because TPM 2.0 wasn't enabled in the Bios, but now that I have that enabled and pc health check says everything is good now, I'm still getting this error message in windows update. PC Health Check for WIndows 11 update

PC Health Check is saying that my processor (correctly identified as Intel Core i5-7200U) isn't supported, but the list of supported CPUs for update from Windows 10 but the list of supported CPUs for Windows 21H2 on the Microsoft web site includes it. What can I do to resolve this?

 

Windows 11 PC Health Check says my Intel Core i7-770HQ is not compatible

Hi, the Windows 11 PC Health Check says my Intel Core i7-770HQ is not compatible. This is not possible.

I checked the list of processors that are compatible and mine is on that list.

Can some please get back to me on this?

PC Health Check

PC Health Check declares that my system is ready for Windows 11, however in Windows Update there is a note that states, "This PC doesn't currently meet all the system requirements for Windows 11.

Any idea what's going on?
