Windows 10: PC Health Check says I can update to Windows 11, but when I go to settings it says my PC...

My current motherboard is the TUF GAMING X570-PLUS WI-FI. My PC supports Secure Boot, I have TPM 2.0. My processor is an AMD Ryzen 5900x, I have 32GB of Ram, and more than 64GB of space on my SSD Free. I have 12 processor cores. I have everything I need to in order to update to windows 11, but when I go to windows update in Settings, it will not let me and says "This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11" and then tells me to use the PC Health Check app. What do I do from here?

Health Check Says PC is Compatible for Windows 11 Update, but Isn't in the Settings?

I am trying to update from Windows 10 to 11 but my pc "doesn't meet requirements."

I downloaded the Health Check App and checked it, said it was not compatible

I then went in and enabled my TPM, Health checked it again and it says my pc is okay to download the Windows 11. Although, I go into my setting to updates, it still says requirements are not met. Please help

 

PC Health Check says I'm ready for Windows 11, but Windows Update disagrees

PC Health Check said this PC wasn't ready for Windows 11, so I upgraded my BIOS to F16 from Gigabyte

PC Health Check now says my PC is ready, but Windows Update doesn't think so.

I'm stuck in a loop:

- Windows Update says I'm not ready, and that I should check PC Health Check

- PC Health Check says I am ready, and offers me a link to the Windows 11 website through the button "More about WIndows 11"

- The Windows 11 website says my PC will run Windows 11, and when I click "Check for Upgrade Now" it opens Windows Update

- Repeat infinitely...

 

i7-7700 is on the updated list of compatable cpu's, yet the health check says not compatable. Is the pc health check not updated?
