Windows 10: PC Health check says I'm eligible for Windows 11, Update & Security settings say I am not.

Hi!In the Update & Security settings for my pc it states 'This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run Windows 11 and refers me to the PC Health Check app.Using the PC Health Check app it says 'This PC meets Windows 11 requirements'Am I missing something?Kind regards,Katie.

Health Check Says PC is Compatible for Windows 11 Update, but Isn't in the Settings?

I am trying to update from Windows 10 to 11 but my pc "doesn't meet requirements."

I downloaded the Health Check App and checked it, said it was not compatible

I then went in and enabled my TPM, Health checked it again and it says my pc is okay to download the Windows 11. Although, I go into my setting to updates, it still says requirements are not met. Please help

The very first step, before running the buggy PC Health Check app, is to see if your CPU is on the approved list for Windows 11. Is it?

 

settings says my computer can't run Win 11, but PC Health Check says it can. What's the next step to get Win 11?

Settings says my computer is NOT compatible with Windows 11. PC Health Check says it is compatible. I clicked the Get Windows 11 button. It took me back to setttings which says my computer isn't compatible. So, I'm in a loop. What's the next step? This is a Dell XPS 8390 with TPM 2.0, 16 gig of RAM, plenty of space on Hard Drive C, and an i5 core.
