Windows 10: PC Internet Adapter Not Recognised

I am having an issue with my pc win7 seeing the internet adapter. I have tried many online suggestions and nothing works. My internet was fine, then it was gone. I didnt change anything but there may have been a windows update. Its happened many times before. I cant remember how i fixed it last time just that it was something to do with windows defender. Which i noticed had been updated. Network adapter is not showing in device manager. And no i dont need to show hidden. Services shows that diagnostic system host is stopped and cannot be started as the option is greyed out. The other 2 say

My TV no longer recognises my PC

Since moving to Windows 10, my Samsung TV doesn't recognise my PC. When I bought the TV it recognised my PC, then on Windows 7, immediately as one of the available sources, along with USB, HDMI etc. Now that I have changed to Windows 10, however, the TV
can't see the PC as an input, though everything else, including wifi network and internet access, works as before. I've looked in the devices list in Windows 10 settings, and the TV is listed as available.
Any suggestions, please?

 

IP configuration not valid - interference from ethernet adapter?

Solution 1: No Internet Access In Windows 8.1or Windows 10

Step 1:

Go to Device Manager → Network adapters.
Step 2:

Expand it (Network adapters).


Step 3:

Select your network adapter


Step 4:

Right click on your wireless network adapter or Ethernet adapter and then tap “Update Driver Software”.
(in this case your network adopter is Ethernet adopter so tap your Ethernet adapter)
Step 5:

Now on a new window you will need to click on “Browse my computer for driver software”.




Step 6:

Then select “Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer”.



Step 7:

Now choose the “Manufacturer’s drivers” from the list of two and then click next.



Step 8:

After the completion of the process just restart your PC and check if the problem is solved or not. If not, goto solution 2.



Solution 2: No Internet Access In Windows 8.1,windows10

Step 1:

Open command prompt.
Step 2:

Just go on hitting the enter after typing the each command.
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disable
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
Step 3:

Now to check if the settings are disabled type:
netsh int tcp show global
then hit enter.
Step 4:

Now the thing left is just rebooting your system and just check if the problem is solved or not and just give feedback.*chuckle*Thumbs

internet connection troubleshooter by following the steps below and check if the internet issue is resolved.

• 
  Press Windows icon key on the keyboard, type
  Troubleshooting and select the top most search result.

  Click on View all from the left side panel of the window.
  
• 
  Select Internet Connections,
  click on Advanced and check
  Apply repairs automatically option.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instructions.
  

Step 2: If the issue persist, I suggest you to
uninstall the network adapter
driver from the device manager by following the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows key + X keys on the keyboard and click on
  Device Manager.
  
• 
  Expand the Network adapter driver from the list.

  Right click on the driver and click on Uninstall
  option.
  
• 
  Restart the PC to install the network adapters automatically and check if the changes are effective.
  

Step 3: If the issue persist, I suggest you to
