I have had trouble with malware for a long time now, at first i thought it was a bitcoin miner/rootkit but after buying a completely new machine the same malware is still here. It started over a year ago with noticeable performance loss on my old machine, then stuttering and lagging in videogames, and when i checked event viewer there was clear signs of malware, i can share that too if you let me know how.I switched machines when the hijacker used parental controls on me and prevented me from going into device manager, event viewer ect. The malware is very persistent with kernel level access,

    :)

    Remote Access

    1. Follow these steps to disallow remote access to your PC completely:
    2. 1. Type “remote settings” into the Cortana search box. Select “Allow remote access to your computer”. This may seem counter-intuitive, but this opens the Control panel
      dialog for Remote System Properties.
    3. 2. Check “Don't Allow Remote Connections” to this Computer. You've now disabled remote access to your computer.

Try these two steps and tell us if your issue gets solved. If it does not then your PC may be infected. Use a Good antivirus to remove the infection from your device completely.

    Unwelcome remote access

    Hi Joe,

    1

Click your Start Button, then just type advanced system

From the resulting list, open Advanced System Settings

Select the Remote tab, is that setting turned off, so not remote access is allowed on your PC?

    2

Open the Settings App, then go to Apps

In the list of installed software, look for any of these 2 apps:

    LogMeIn

    TeamViewer

If you find either of those, uninstall them.

    3

If your PC is not connected to the Internet, then no-one can be accessing your PC remotely.

    4

You indicate you have malware on your PC, please provide more information on that, what are the symptoms you are seeing to indicate you have malware?

    5

Please provide a screenshot of the event logs that are telling you about netlogon sessions
