    PC is constantly writing to the hard drive.


    My PC has a problem with a constant stream of errors reported in Event Viewer. This is creating constant writing to the primary HDD. The most common event id's are 7024, 23 and 35. Can anyone help with this please?

    Hard Drive constantly at or near 100% read/write

    there is only 3 on there that need to stay on which is AMD Catalyst for your graphics & the 2 HD audio but even 1 of them can be turned off

    Can you now show msconfig / services - & tick the box to hide all Microsoft services

    With Skype & Microsoft 1 Drive you can turn them off within their settings.

    Also 8gb of ram may be better as your pc may be using your hard drive to perform operations if your ram is full ?
