Windows 10: Pc is crashing randomly and doesn't turn on again

I've been having this problem for about a month nowMy system is all up to date, all my drivers are fine, ive tried the cmd method and all the other stuff, and the only clue I have is that it crashes the same time that "Microsoft Game Input" reconfigures itself, and now the screen is just black when it turns on, I need to wait 1-2 days for it to even function properly againIf there's any way to turn it off, uninstall it completely or to have it stop updating, it's more than welcomeIt's a new machine, and all the hardware has been tested and it's all right, the problem seems to originate from so

thanks for response. I tried your steps with a Google DNS and Open DNS - but it doesn´t help.

The game still crashes in the moment I try to run it.

I'll be glad for another solutions.
