Windows 10: PC is crashing while working, bug check 1001.

So I've recently started a new job and it requires AWS and 3cx, ever since I've installed them I've had at least 1 crash per day, 2 today. I would like to get to the bottom of this as this as this never happened before. My PC resets randomly. Kernel power 41. Bug check 1001

Going into my admin events I have the following:

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

Hi Chaminda,

The issue that you are experiencing might be due to corrupted system files, software conflict or outdated system files. To know more about the issue, kindly answer the following:

1. Are there any changes made on your computer prior to the issue?
2. Do you have a 3rd party anti-virus installed on your PC?
3. When did you get the error?

In the meantime, I suggest running System File Checker to check for any system file corruptions.

 

blue dump event id 1001

while running my application it is getting tempered and showing blue screen.when i checked event logs,showing bug check error with event it 1001.this is happening only for one application.please suggest way to resolve it.
