Discus and support PC is getting a black screen mid game session and won't respond till force shut down. in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; i bought this PC off the NZXT website last year in the fall and recently have been getting a black screen when I'm gaming that leave the computer...     PC is getting a black screen mid game session and won't respond till force shut down.


    i bought this PC off the NZXT website last year in the fall and recently have been getting a black screen when I'm gaming that leave the computer unresponsive until i force shut down and goes back to normal. this tends to happen at 1-2 times every time I start to game. Im not too knowledgeable on PC's but try my best and still can't figure it out.my PC specs are. intel core i7 NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti Z590I AORUS ULTRA DDR4 32 GB TeamGroup inc if you need any more info pls let me know, i really appreciate the help!

    Hi Andree,

    Hardware and software conflict is one of the possible reasons why you're experiencing black screen. Sometimes, it is also because of hardware failure. To get this issue fixed, we suggest that you
    boot into Safe Mode by following these steps:

    • Turn off your computer 3 times while booting. Windows should automatically boot to the Recovery Environment after 3 unsuccessful attempts in a row.
    • Once you are within the Recovery Environment, select Troubleshoot, and then
      Advanced options, then Startup Settings, and
      Restart      . When it restarts, you should see a number of options. Press 5 or F5 for
      Safe Mode with Networking.
    Once your computer is in Safe Mode, please follow the workaround provided on this
    link. Simply select the similar case that you're experiencing to show the troubleshooting steps.

    PC randomly shuts down or gets black screen

    I've been having this issue for a while, my PC will either randomly shut off usually when I'm playing games, I sometime get a black screen on both my monitors that doesn't allow me to press any button to do anything, this sometimes happens after my PC
    randomly shuts down when I log in or when I'm playing a game, I know it's not a overheating issue.
