Windows 10: PC is presenting a black screen and restarts when I play games. LiveKernelEvent Code 141

My pc has been crashing and restarting everytime I play games. I have tried a ton of different things and it keeps on happening. My hardware isn't overheating, I ran Windows Memory diagnostic and found nothing wrong, my drives are fine, and I've reinstalled my gpu drivers with DDU and NVcleaninstall and nothing has worked so far. I've been having this problem for a while now where my PC would randomly black screen and freeze up and anything I do does nothing so I had no choice but to restart it. It mostly happens when I'm playing a game but it also rarely happens when I'm just browsing on the internet.

i get random black screens on my display for a brief moment, sometimes those black screens cause my pc to crash

I have the same Issue, only when playing games.

Mostly the crash is
LiveKernelEvent 141 or LiveKernelEvent 117

I have tried:

Reinstalling Games
Fresh OS Install (without local files - completly wiped my system)

Clean boot
Checked temperature and load since my first guess was that maybe the GPU might be overheating, but both is always in optimal range while the crashes happen

Nothing worked, since the problem persists.
I have also stress tested my hardware, including GPU, CPU, RAM without any problems for a long period of time.

This issue only happens while playing video games, any other activity has not yet made it happen.

When it happens to me, my monitors just loose their signal and turn black, also my fans are going at maximum speed.
Other applications like teamspeak keep running in the background, but I have to manually restart the pc via powerbutton to gain access again.
