Windows 10: PC is restarting after 20 mins of playing games and getting error about...

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID Windows.SecurityCenter.WscDataProtection and APPID Unavailable to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID S-1-5-18 from address LocalHost Using LRPC running in the application container Unavailable SID Unavailable. This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.


^^^Hi, this error keeps making my pc crash 20ish minutes into games I play. It has happened multiple times and I've done a lot of research but nothing really explained how to fix this specific issue. I've applied all the permissions through the reg edit with other errors, but considering there isn't an app id and its "Windows.SecurityCenter.WscDataProtection" I don't know what to do. I'm including the details of the error below. If someone could help me step by step i'd really appreciate it.

COD4 Crashes With ATi 9.4 Drivers and Above

As the title says, whenever I try to play COD4 on 9.4 drivers and above (9.5, 9.6 etc) the game freezes and restarts my PC within 5-20 mins of game play. Specs are on the left. Any suggestions?
