    PC is running extremely slow after factory restart!!!!!


    So I decided to factory restart my PC due to a lot of files being on there that I wasn't able to fully uninstall that I didn't need anymore. The way I did it was reset this PC from the settings and I had all my back up files on a USB and my windows installer on another USB.Everything wiped off my PC, it factory reset fine, it installed Windows fine. I changed all my settings in windows for gaming performance and also made sure my windows and everything else was up to date. I also went into devices and clicked through each device installed and made sure there was no updates.My driver is up to d
