Windows 10: PC is Stuck in "Automatic Repair" loop after attempting to upgrade to Windows 11

How it StartedMy pc prompted me to upgrade my system to Windows 11 as it seems to be my last chance today. I successfully downloaded the update and when the it asked if I'd like to restart and install the update now or later I selected install now.The ProblemWhen the pc restarted it said "Preparing Automatic Repair" and sent me to the Troubleshoot screen, where I also have the option to click "Exit and continue to Windows 10" which tells me that the upgrade was unsuccessful anyways. When I click that option it goes back to "Preparing Automatic Repair" which is where everything I've tried so fa

after upgrading to windows 11 every time I restart my PC or shut it down and then turn it on my PC gets stuck in a Preparing Automatic Repair loop

to exit the loop i have to go in UEFI (BIOS) settings and then go in BIOS setup and then in files and select apply default changes and exit

after that it restarts and my PC exits the loop

so i have to go back to windows 10

any suggestions??

Use Check Disk Utility

Fix Boot and Rebuild BCD via Command Prompt

Restore Windows Registry

Delete the Problematic File

Disable Automatic Startup Repair

Check Device Partition and OsdevicePartition

Perform Refresh or Reset Your PC
