Windows 10: PC is stuck on "Getting Windows ready, don't turn of your computer" after going to sleep...

I just bought this secondhand PC and I factory reset it delete files but don't clean drive, download windows from this device, delete windows driver only and left it while it was on the "Getting Windows ready, don't turn off your computer" phase. When I came back it turns out the PC has slept automatically because it was left idle, I didn't think it was possible for the PC to sleep during factory reset but then it did it again after I turned it back on, and now my PC is stuck on the "Getting Windows ready, don't turn off your computer" It's been more than an hour, am I cooked? There is no tu

Have you tried any possible troubleshooting steps? If yes, what are those steps? This is to avoid repeating of the possible steps done.

If Windows 10 install gets stuck on the message "Getting Windows ready", it is possible that the internet connection might be running slow. Kindly ensure that your internet connection can suffice the download during the update. The other thing would be a conflict
from external devices. We suggest temporarily disconnect all peripherals aside from mouse and keyboard.
