Windows 10: Pc is stuck on loading pls help

Discus and support Pc is stuck on loading pls help in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; My PC recently froze then when i forced shutdown it would be stuck on the loading screen.     Pc is stuck on loading pls help


    My PC recently froze then when i forced shutdown it would be stuck on the loading screen. I tried booting from usb but it just made the logo dissapear with the same loading symbol.

    @smoka Great you fixed it and would be interesting to know how you did it. Care to list the basic steps you took to do it so that it can help others stuck in the same situation?

    r9 380 g1 zero gpu load, zero clock speed and temps. pls help.

    pls help me guys. my gpu is not showing gpu load even when gaming. does not show temps and clock speeds.
    also fan stuck at 40 percent.
