Windows 10: Pc isn’t showing automatic repair in recovery environment

Hi there, I was in the process of working through a problem with trying to install league of legends and vanguard wouldn’t install. I went through many solutions with riot support and the most recent solution idea was a clean boot. Likely due to frustration, I didn’t see the instruction on the clean boot page about hiding all windows services and went ahead with my boot. Now I can’t login with my pin, and trying to set up a new pin just fails immediately. Based on other forum questions I went ahead and tried to boot into recovery environment, but that has left me stuck with a new problem. When

To address your concern, we suggest that you run the Windows Startup repair. To do that, follow these steps:

• Using you installation media, access the Windows recovery environment.
• Select Troubleshoot
• Choose Advanced option
• Choose Automatic Repair or Startup Repair.
• Once done, your system will restart.

Stuck in a loop of Automatic repair then black screen then automatic repair could not repair the PC

If Automatic Repair couldn't repair your PC, you can use
Command Prompt from the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRe) to resolve unbootable operating system issues. Please be guided by the steps below:

• Use the power button to restart your computer three times. This will start the Windows Recovery Environment.
  
• In the Windows Recovery Environment, on the Choose an option screen, click
  Troubleshoot.
• Click Advanced options and then click Command Prompt.
  
• Type the following commands and press Enter after each line:
  • bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
  • bootrec.exe /fixmbr
  • bootrec.exe /fixboot
• Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.

How to know if automatic repair discovered an unrepairable issue?

Hi,

automatic repair do some predefined steps. But sometimes manual repair may correct problem.

Please run command prompt from recovery environment and show the result of bcdedit /enum command.

Then run diskpart command. From this environment run commands

list disk

select disk 0

detail partition

and show result.
