Windows 10: Pc ist not booting and i cant access bios. Only Shows a white line at the top left corner

Hello I just came back home and wanted to start my pc. But its not booting, i cant enter the bios and it just Shows me a blinking line at the top left corner. At first it showed me the manufacturers Logo and then went to blackscreen, but now it just goes straight to blackscreen with the blinking white line in the top left corner. What can i do ?

Top left corner icon keeps moving



This is what happens on every single boot, the "This PC" icon loads in top left corner, when I move it back into the block it stays there until the next startup, then is back in the top left corner again?

 

White rectangle on top left corner of screen

so there is a solid white rectangle on the top left corner of my screen.

if i open another window and close it nothing happens it works normally. the square doesnt come on any app just remains on the dektop.

the square remains on the top left corner and now i cant evn click it but i can move it if i can hold the top part of the white box.

I've been searching for what it is exactly.. but i didn't find solutions on the internet. Finally i checked with my revo uninstaller hunter mode, and i found out that it's a svchost.exe file running. I've tried going through process explorer and other stuff.. but nothing came out fruitful.. later, i headed to services and started to end all the services that were running by svchost.exe

and later i found out that CaptureService_393a7 was the culprit here.
I ended that service and was able to eliminate that white box. I wanted to know what is the use of CaptureService_393a7?
that was the only thing that was causing that white box on my desktop.
and when i press windows+D that white box disappears. But when i open a windowed program, it comes back.

Could anyone help me figure out this issue and how to i stop it from causing such things?
