Windows 10: PC Just automatically recycles the files I click on....

So, I want to go it straight, I just took the battery of my laptop out, when it was updating the windows, you might have guessed it, the BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH appears in front of me, I got panicked I and the first solution I got was to reinstall windows 10,so I did it keeping all files, and all apps got deleted, and when I tried to open the windows apps like the Microsoft edge, it deletes the shortcut application not the internal files, saying that :-" THIS IS NO LONGER LOCATED IN C\Users and its destination. Verify the items location and try again.It happens to every file I click or every

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

We suggest that you reset the Recycle Bin folder to fix problems such as the Recycle Bin of your PC not working how it's supposed to. After the reset, Windows will automatically create a new Recycle Bin folder that will work.

To reset the Recycle Bin, follow the steps below:

• Open elevated Command Prompt by pressing the Windows key + X, and then click on
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt window, type the following command then press Enter:
  
  rd /s /q C:\$Recycle.bin

That command will reset the Recycle Bin in the C drive. After doing so, we also suggest that you run the System File Checker (SFC) scan and the Deployment Image Servicing & Management (DISM) tool to repair corrupted files in the system.

Here are the steps:

• On elevated Command Prompt, type SFC /scannow, and then press
  Enter.
• After the SFC scan has completed, type DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth, and then press
  Enter.
• Restart the PC.

RECYCLE BIN automatically closes & returns to Desktop

You might be experiencing this issue because Recycle Bin is corrupted. If your Recycle Bin is corrupted, you can face various problems when using it such as this behavior. Let's repair Recycle Bin by

using the System File Checker tool. This tool scans for corruptions in Windows system files and restores corrupted files.

If the issue persists, we suggest that you manually delete the Recycle Bin folder on your computer. Each drive on Windows has a hidden and protected system folder named
$Recycle.bin. When you delete files or folders, they are moved to the Recycle Bin folder for holding. If you delete the Recycle Bin folder, Windows will automatically create a new
$Recycle.bin folder. However, all previous contents of Recycle Bin will be lost. Make sure to only do this step if you don't have any valuable data in Recycle Bin. Here are the steps:

• Click Start.
• On the search bar, type Command Prompt, right-click Command Prompt from the results, and select
  Run as administrator.
  
• Type rd /s /q C:\$Recycle.bin, and press Enter.
• If you are using multiple drives or partition, you will have to do this for every partition on your hard disk by replacing C with the corresponding drive letter.
• Restart your computer, and Windows will recreate a new Recycle Bin for you.
