Windows 10: PC keep crashing and restarting

My PC keep crashing and restarting consistently. At first it was randomly each couple hours, then every couple mins, and now it is restarted immediately right after the log in screen. It can work normally at safe mode with network, but safe mode is restricted with many functions and my work need normal pc system than safe mode. I tried all the repair methods I could find in Internet, no work. So took out the ssd which has window system on it, and brang my pc to a store. Staffs checked and said nothing's weird with my pc, everything run well and they can not find any issues of my pc Yep my pc

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

MY PC has just statred to restart even during Boot and after boot, Please help.

if you want to change any setting just do it step by step so you know what might happen when your pc restart again and again

Thanks for your patient help and analysis, zbook. I'll step through some of your suggestions over the next few days - there's a lot to do and some look a bit hairy! That is, for a PC that is working sweetly right now...
