Windows 10: PC keeps blue screening with "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR" and then restarts pc to show...

This has been happening for many months and i can't figure out which piece of hardware is causing the problem, i have swapped out the CPU and GPU and am still having the issue. I have updated bios, set bios settings to default, done a memory checker and temps are normal. my pc restarts continuously with blue screen error ,stop code -WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR .PLEASE HELP ,MY IMPORTANT FILES ARE STUCK

 

Pc showing black screen and keeps restarting

This is a long one. After restarting my pc to install the latest windows update, I notice I can only use 8gb out of my 16gb of ram, and the ram was running at 1333mhz instead of 3000mhz. I open msconfig and set it so I can use all my ram. I restart my
pc, then blue screen, with the error code “Bad System config info” I completely reinstall windows, and I’m no longer blue screening, but am still stuck with 8gb of ram at 1333mhz. I try setting the ram to 16gb again, restart, then I get the same blue screen.
I follow a guide on youtube, fix the blue screen loop, and I’m still only using 8gb of ram. I try again, get the same blue screen, and tried reusing the guide i found on youtube. I restart my pc to boot into windows, but it isn’t booting. It keeps turning
on and off, showing nothing on my display, and none of my peripherals are getting power. I tried reseating the ram, and took out the cmos battery, but it still keeps restarting. I don’t know what to do. Any help is greatly appreciated.

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
