Windows 10: Pc keeps crashing only well playing games normally after 1-2 minutes

My pc has been crashing after 1-2 minutes playing a game but only once in the actual game and not in the lobby or anything. Sometimes after crashing a generic error message will pop up but other times the screen will go completely back with some random colored pixels. I can watch movies and youtube videos with no problem the issue only seems to happen with games. I have tried clean resetting the and updating drivers but nothing seems to work. I’m not very familiar with this stuff so any and all help is much appreciated thanks

Desktop PC crashes and shuts down after playing some games for a few minutes.

I had a go running in integrated GPU, I was able to run WoW and played it for about 2 hours maybe, so no crashes. But I tried with the GPU reinstalled and it ran fine too for another hour with no crashes. Then I tried HotS and was able to finish a game,
so I asumed that was also sorted seeing as HotS won't let me get past 2 minutes into a game normally. But then when I launched it again later it crashed the PC within 2 minutes again.

 

Civilization V crashes after a few minutes of playing

Step 1. Lose any overclocks and try playing again.
Step 2. Re-install the game and try playing again.
Step 3. Test your memory

I dont think it's gpu related as that game doesn't stress a gpu (A bum gpu would more then likely give a better indication that it's the problem), so I'm guessing a bad OC or bad memory.
