Windows 10: Pc keeps freezing and having trouble staring

My PC has been weird for the past 2 weeks or so I can't load up pc sometimes it keeps bluescreening and has trouble freezing and troubleshoot it says "An error occurred while troubleshooting". I tried all the solutions people gave online on at least 10 different forums, powershell didn't fix the files and even tried solutions given for Windows 7 and 8 to no avail. When I tried troubleshooting the full text reads- An error occurred while troubleshooting: A problem is preventing the troubleshooter from start.package ID: WindowsUpdateDiagnostic Path: c:windows/diagnostic/index/device diagnosti

Windows 10 keeps freezing on my PC.

This PC was running Windows 7 (with no problems) prior to me installing Windows 10. Ever since I installed 10, it freezes after some time.

• Did you get any error messages?

No error messages, just freezes and I have to hold down the power button to turn it off.

• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far aside from reinstalling Windows and updating drivers?

Initially there was some trouble with Windows starting up every now and then. I tried unplugging the wifi adapter (Netgear A6210) and plugging in the LAN cable instead. This worked and windows was starting up and updating fine. However it still froze
on LAN. I updated the wifi adapter drivers and that fixed the startup issues.

I disabled unneeded startup programs.

No antivirus installed except Windows defender

sfc /scannow returned no integrity violations

Ran HWMonitor to monitor temperatures. Everything was normal.

Increased virtual memory to 1000 mb

changed Visual effects to 'best performance'

I tried most of the things on the link you posted. It still freezes.

 

Computer Keeps Freezing

It froze again, and the common problem I see throughout most of the freezes is a driver atksgt.sys being blocked from loading. It is related to Tages Protection from Tages SA and it says it has a driver that is installed that causes stability problems with my system. It says it will be disabled but I think this is why my pc keeps freezing. Any suggestions as to what it may be for and/or if I can get rid of it and how?

I never downloaded a program from Tages SA so I am not sure what it could be from.
