    PC keeps freezing and random BSOD. Dump zip share link uploaded, Please help.


    Fathers PC keeps randomly freezing and eventually BSOD. Can happen once or multiple times a day.     Random BSODs "Bad_Pool_Caller"


    This BSOD happens anywhere, irrespective of BitDefender. It takes place even when the antivirus is MSE in case of Windows 7. The most common cause is an expired trial or a cracked installation. Some examples:

    We are on our way of troubleshooting. If the uninstallation and reinstallation does not work, we will take the next step.

    I, in general, know what I am doing and what I am suggesting. If I feel that I am unable to control the issue, I will definitely ask for help.

    Help needed debugging crash dump file


    I've been experiencing some random BSOD and freezes and managed to create crash dump files using driver verifier.

    Unfortunately I cannot read what driver is causing the BSOD's / freezes.

    Can someone please help me?

    Latest dump was 0x0000ef, previous were two 0x00007e. Nothing useful in the latest dump.

    If C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP is still there, zip it and upload to a file sharing site like OneDrive and post a link to it here so I can download it to look at it. It's large so will take a while to upload.

    You didn't answer my question about PassMark memory tester.
