Windows 10: PC keeps freezing during download, games loading, chkdsk, e.t.c

I am having this issue where my PC just completely freezes, the monitor display is frozen and the mouse won't move, I have had this issue about 3 times now but I forgot what i did to solve it, I have run an sfc scan which didn't find any integrity violations, a mdsched, which didn't find anything, i reinstalled windows on my HDD, to which i still had problems, then i reinstalled it on my SSD to which it still had problems, I tried to do a chkdsk and it froze midway, If i try to download anything it will freeze midway and the second i load up a game it will freeze again.

Computer Keeps Freezing

It froze again, and the common problem I see throughout most of the freezes is a driver atksgt.sys being blocked from loading. It is related to Tages Protection from Tages SA and it says it has a driver that is installed that causes stability problems with my system. It says it will be disabled but I think this is why my pc keeps freezing. Any suggestions as to what it may be for and/or if I can get rid of it and how?

I never downloaded a program from Tages SA so I am not sure what it could be from.

We appreciate the response. I'm referring to Check Disk (chkdsk) utility tool. If you haven't tried yet, we suggest that you run a chkdsk by:

• Press Windows Key + X button to bring up the power user menu.
• In the power user menu, select the Command Prompt (Admin) option.Click Yes when you are presented with a UAC window requesting permission to launch the Command Prompt as Administrator.
• In the new Command Prompt window, type chkdsk E: /f /r /x. Here you should replace E with your drive letter.

This option will run chkdsk to check and repair disk errors in Windows 10. The “/f” parameter tells CHKDSK to fix any errors it finds; “/r” tells it to locate the bad sectors on the drive and recover readable information; “/x” forces the drive to dismount
before the process starts.
