Windows 10: PC keeps freezing or getting BSOD

I've had this issue for a year now. I have a B450 Tomahawk Max, Ryzen 5 3600, and an RTX 2060 Super. Mostly when playing games but this also happens sometimes when I'm watching youtube or scrolling through the internet, two things happen. Either it will monitor will freeze, stuck in a single frame sound in the background is still going and the game is still continuing or the PC will BSOD with VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR. The Event Viewer looks like this: It's always source: nvlddmkm either 0 or 14. I am at my wit's end and I cannot enjoy my games anymore. Is my GPU failing?

Computer Keeps Freezing

It froze again, and the common problem I see throughout most of the freezes is a driver atksgt.sys being blocked from loading. It is related to Tages Protection from Tages SA and it says it has a driver that is installed that causes stability problems with my system. It says it will be disabled but I think this is why my pc keeps freezing. Any suggestions as to what it may be for and/or if I can get rid of it and how?

I never downloaded a program from Tages SA so I am not sure what it could be from.

 

BSOD and freezing

Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
I did not install any new hardware.
Now it seems to run fine again.

But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
I bought this laptop last January.
