Windows 10: PC keeps freezing, videos load but wont play, audio input and output problems

I've just bought a new pc Razer Blade 15 base Windows 11 in december. But I have a bunch of problems with it. It keeps freezing randomly a couple minutes after i turn it on. Mouse usually works but everything else is frozenVideos sometimes wont play even though i tried 3 different browsers and multiple websites. The videos load, I can see the previews on youtube for example. But it keeps loading and wont play. Usually starts working after restarting 3-10 times.Audio sometimes wont work. Both input and output. Again it starts working after restarting a bunch of times but it keeps happening ag

No Audio Input or Output Devices found

After latest windows 10 update no audio devices are listed/

Looking in device manager - the audio devices all say working OK

But on bar at bottem of screen get speaker with red cross -- Playing audio - Audio trouble shouter cannot find any problems ..

Sound settings say - No output or Input devices found.

Have tried to re-install Realtek audio drivers for motherboard -- installed but no change

After the last update of Windows 10, no audio devices are listed

Searching in the device manager: all audio devices say it works fine

Online videos wont play, Loading error retry

Hi there. I am having problems loading online videos. Nothing will play and loading error retry comes up. Flash is enabled and so are most other things but they still wont play on Edge, Chrome or Internet explorer. They used to load but not now. These
videos are on a .com website. The play button used to come up aswell but it doesn't now. Why wont online videos work? Why do I keep on getting errors. This is through windows 10 and mainly edge. I have tried everything but they still will not play. Only error
I get is loading error retry, Why? Please help
