Windows 10: Pc keeps getting bsod please help

So since I've built this pc its had a crashing problem normally IRQL_NOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL

I've reinstalled windows and even just put in new ram and I've checked event viewer and this is what it says

My PC keeps getting BSOD. Help! ntoskrnl.exe

As an additional troubleshooting step, you can follow the steps below to open an elevated Command Prompt:

• Type cmd in the Search box.
• Right-click and select Run as administrator.
• Enter the command below and press Enter:
  
  DEL /F /S /Q /A "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\epfwwfp.sys"
• Restart your PC.
