Windows 10: PC keeps going into bios when turning it on

Whenever I try and turn my PC on, I get sent to “UEFI BIOS Utility” settings and sometimes I get sent to a black screen where it says that it’s checking media preferences.Republic for Gamers BIOS information• BIOS version: 0701 x64• Build Date: 12/27/2016Processor Information• Brand string: IntelR CoreTM i5-6500 CPU @ 3.20GHz

My pc will only turn onto the bios settings

If your PC is only turning on to the BIOS settings and you are unable to boot into Windows, it may be due to a hardware issue or a problem with the operating system. Here are some steps you can take to try and fix the issue:

Hi all i am new in this forum, i need meanings step by step of each item listed in the bios Phoenix-Award

 

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??
