Windows 10: Pc keeps going into either power saving mode or crashes all around whenever I try to boot...

I have had a recurring issue where my pc will sit fine for a few minutes, then automatically reboot and go into power saving mode. I had the issue start on my old pc but it would shut my pc down completely. I ended up rebuilding it and got it up finally today. Yet I have had the same issue, only to find out it doesn't shut it down, it just reboots it. My control panel already has everything under the battery settings at "never" and it is all entirely new parts. I ran the scan on Command Prompts and it said nothing was an issue. My drivers are also all up to date. I did switch out 1 hmdi cable

Screen keeps going into power saving mode.

just setting up a cheap and cheerful set up for my wife, everything seems to work fine but the screen keeps going into power saving mode i have tried 2 different screens the same thing? any idea whats going on? also when it goes in this mode i have to reboot the pc because i cant get the screen back on. ive also turned every sleep mode to never, and also clicked off in network dont turn off computer to save power.

In Windows 11 power-saving mode, clicking the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen will cause a system crash.

Problem description: As the title suggests.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Enter Windows 11 power-saving mode.
   
2. Click the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen.
   

Expected result: The login screen should appear and after logging in, the browser should automatically open to view content.

Actual result: The system crashes.

Device information:

• Windows 11 version: 22H2 (22621.1413)
  
• Device: Lenovo Xiaoxin 14 Pro 2021
  
• CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
  

Other information:

• When plugged in, the system automatically turns off power-saving mode and cannot be turned on manually. The function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn off power-saving mode and the function works normally.
  
• When unplugged, turn on power-saving mode and the system crashes.
