Windows 10: pc keeps going into low power mode

Been having an issue when I'm gaming my pc monitor, goes blank and pc sounds like it goes into low power mode. i don't know what else to do i can game all day then ,my monitor goes out and pc is unresponsive but i can hear the chat and everything just cant use mouse or controller. all the light on the pc remain on fans and everything just cant see a picture or touch keyboard. New Lenovo monitors wont turn on; low power mode turns on and screens go black.

However, please let us know:

• What is the complete model number of the Lenovo monitor?
  
• How are the monitors connected to the computer?
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  
• How are you turning on low power mode?
  

Please reply with more information on the issue to assist you with the appropriate troubleshooting steps.

Screen keeps going into power saving mode.

just setting up a cheap and cheerful set up for my wife, everything seems to work fine but the screen keeps going into power saving mode i have tried 2 different screens the same thing? any idea whats going on? also when it goes in this mode i have to reboot the pc because i cant get the screen back on. ive also turned every sleep mode to never, and also clicked off in network dont turn off computer to save power.

Thank you for the reply.

Did you try the steps I have suggested in the previous post? If not, please try those steps and keep us updated on the status of the issue.

You may also reset and restore the power plans to default. Check if it helps.

• Right-click on Start button
  and click on Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the command prompt, type powercfg –restoredefaultschemes
  and hit Enter.
• Exit command prompt.

Note: This would reset the power plan settings to default. Any customized power plans are would be removed.
