Windows 10: PC keeps on freezing completely when playing certain games

When I play certain games, which are pretty high graphic, my pc freezes completely. I cant type anything, i can sometimes hear the audio but sometimes it just stops, and I have to shut it down by pressing the power button. Sometimes when it freezes it has the sound of a usb disconnecting. Ive tried everything, my drivers are up to date, ive ran diagnostic tools ... Im starting to think its a hardware problem but i dont know what it is.

Can't play Hit It Rich game and system freezes

I can understand how frustrating it would be. This issue might be due to corrupted profile or if the game is not installed completely. I suggest you to follow these steps and let us know if it works.

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Have you tried playing this game on other browser (Google chrome or Mozilla) and check for the issue?
  

Step 1: Uninstall or Repair the game.

1. Press Windows and
   R key together on your Keyboard.
2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
   
3. Right click on the Hit it Rich app > Select Repair or uninstall it.
4. Reinstall the application and check for the issue.
   

Step 2: Create a new local account.

The reason might be due to user account corruption, so I would suggest you to ‘Create
a local user or administrator account’ and check if the issue persists.

Note: You will not see all your files under your default file location.
So your data will be saved under C:\Users\User_name.

PC Display keeps freezing while playing games

I've been having a problem recently where at random times whenever I play games in windowed or borderless windowed mode my display will keep freezing for a second at specific intervals continuously. Interestingly enough, it is only the display that freezes. The game itself isn't dropping frames according to my frame counter, and the audio is completely uninterrupted as well. Also, since I have a dual monitor setup, I noticed that whenever my display freezes while playing games, everything on my other monitor freezes as well at the same time. If I try to record this happening, it doesn't show up on video and instead plays as normal in the recording, I can only record this by using an external camera to film my monitor as it happens. Another important thing to note is that if I play a game in fullscreen mode, the freezing does not occur, but the freezing still occurs as it usually would on my other monitor where I'm not playing the game. To fix this issue, I've tried reinstalling and updating drivers multiple times, along with reslotting my graphics card in the hopes it would do something, but nothing has worked so far. I would appreciate some tips on what to do if anyone else has heard of or encountered this issue before, since it has completely stumped my friends and I trying to work it out over the last month.
