Windows 10: PC keeps on making disconnected USB sound and lagging my pc. Computer freezing with...

Hi. My computer lagged out and made a disconnecting sound. After, it freezes, and I can't do such thing with it. I tried unplugging and plugging all the pc accessories especially the monitor. When everything was plugged out, the disconnecting sound continues. I have tried performing the clean boot, SFC scan and also repair window image. What should I do to resolve this thing?

PC freezing with usb disconnect and reconnect sound

Recently my pc has been freezing and stuttering along with the usb disconnect and reconnect sound. I checked my display settings and noticed that a ghost monitor connects to the pc with a lower resolution. I also checked device manager and saw that whenever this problem occurs, a device called Generic non PnP monitor pops up on the monitors lists. This problem does not occur in safe mode. I have already fully reset my pc but the problem still persists. Is this a sign of a GPU failure?

 

keep getting usb disconnect sound followed by spike in lag

so a few days ago i started to get a bug where i will get the USB disconnect and reconnect sound play randomly and hag a lag spike in game or in a program I have no idea what started it or what is doing it, i used USB log viewer and nothing comes up and
being counted or disconnected so I'm at a loss of what to do, its very very annoying and causes issues sometimes, all i have plugged into my PC's USB is my keyboard and mouse.

I found something that's a bit weird, if I uninstall the graphics card driver and using a Microsoft Basic Display Adapter, the problem was gone. And if I install the graphics card driver again, the "your device need to be restarted to setting up this device : Pci Bus" would show up, and the PC makes connecting/disconnect sound with the screen freeze everytime it plays.

note: the freeze screen problem only showed up when there is a suddenly connecting/disconnect sound, the sound it's like when you plug/unplug the HDMI cable from the graphics card. I think what makes the sound is because the "Non Generic PnP" display is connected and disconnected constantly. But the problem is I don't have 2 monitors, I only have 1, but windows think It have 2.

So my question is why is there a second monitor and why it keeps connect and disconnect? Thanks for the reply
